Coach Bio
Tristan McGinnis is in his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Lynn University baseball program, where he serves as pitching coach and recruiting coordinator.
The 2025 season saw the Lynn University baseball team achieve a milestone season, winning 30 games, earning a spot in the NCAA Regionals, and posting the best conference record in program history.
About the Training
• Location: Lynn University Baseball Facility
• Date/Times: By appointment only
• Session Length: Approximately 90 minutes
• Cost: $80 per session

• One-on-one instruction tailored to the athlete’s age, position, and goals

Whether it’s refining throwing mechanics, improving command and velocity, or developing a more repeatable delivery — each session is tailored to the pitcher’s individual goals. Using tools like Rapsodo, video analysis, and radar feedback, athletes gain a deeper understanding of their performance. With a focus on strength, pitchability, and the mental game, pitchers train to compete with confidence, consistency, and college-level precision.
